Lubrication of all moving garage door parts will extend life of the door and openers.


Keep garage door opening clear of debris (Snow, Ice, Leaves)


Pay special attention to the photoeyes located at the bottom of your garage door track. If bumped or items are in the line of them your garage door will not function correctly. The invisible beam created by the photoeyes are intended for your safety. Photoeye alignment is not covered under warranty.

 

The torsion spring system provides a uniform smooth lift for your door and provides added safety. Adjusting or replacing a broken torision spring can be very dangerous. It is strongly suggested that it be repaired by a qualified technician.
