This is a belated thank you for the prompt, professional and HONEST service I received from your company. I ordered a new operner from you; Steve arrived on time(early!) for the install. He asked what happened when the opener stopped working, decided to test my opener and found it still good. Diagnosed the problem as misaligned doors/springs from the previous installer. He corrected the problem, both doors, and reinstalled my opener for a reasonable cost. I told him, " You could have put in the new opener and charged me for it, and I would have been none the wiser."
